We will send you some instructions via email so you can feel prepared for your morning swim. We will also add you to a What’s app Chat group, to help you feel connected and confident about where to go and what to do. We want you to relax and enjoy the experience. It will be one for the memory books.❤️
What time of day do the swims start?
How long are the swims?
We will enjoy a cold water swim in the sea just by the hut. We only stay in for a maximum period of time, depending on the water temperature and your abilities. One minute for every degree in temperature. You can just dip your toes in the first time or watch. No pressure. Just being there is fun.
Who are the mindful swims suited to?
The swims are suited to everyone. It’s about taking in the moment, not being an experienced swimmer. I just float!
What happens after mindful swims?
After our swim, we will retreat to The Red Beach Hut, a cosy base to come back to, ready with hot drinks, delicious breakfast to refuel our bodies after the swim and a wonderful view ❤️
Mindfulness events are run in collaboration with Blossome.
