Lovely little beach hut in a good location. I spent the day here with my sister and 3 kids. I think they’ve thought of everything. Couldn’t figure out how to boil the kettle though 🤦♀️.The Red Beach Hut is one of the nicest in the area. I recommend.
Magical evening for our first anniversary. Might seem mad to go to a beach hut instead of a fancy restaurant, but I wanted to do something simple and slightly different. The intention was to watch the sunset go down which would be romantic, but I'd got my time of the year wrong and the sun was behind us as we drove to Walton! The hut was easily located and the booking communications regarding the locks and the information provided leading up to the evening were all super. The hut itself is well equipped with everything you'd need, utensils, cups, glasses, small gas oven, 2 ring hob to make a small meal. I bought dinner with me from a caterer so just had to heat it up. Candles and twinkly lights lit up the hut (absolutely essential as it was pitch black outside). Created a lovely ambiance. We went outside for a while and tried to identify the different stars. We opened up the window, didn't bother with the perspex (but would have needed on a more cold evening) and listened to the sea breaking on the shore. Fabulously relaxing evening. Would definitely recommend booking.
My second visit to this fabulous beach hut for a much needed day away from it all with 2 good friends. We ate well, swam in the sea, read on the beach, chatted & laughed. Luckily for us the sun shone all day! The hut has great facilities, a really well stocked kitchen, was spotlessly clean and is close to all the amenities. I’ll be back!
We had a truly magical experience at the red beach hut on a warm Thursday evening. Kim has thought of every detail, the hut being equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. The children had the best time flying their kites on the beach against the evening breeze and although we didn’t have time to walk along the pier, having the amusements so close by is great for kids.We all thoroughly enjoyed soaking up the wonderful vistas whilst enjoying a ‘home’ cooked dinner at the hut and left with our hearts and tummies full!Thank you Kim for your warm hospitality. We’ve made some fabulous memories and will be back soon.
Excellent experience from start to finish – great communication, wonderfully clean, well equipped and comfy hut on a peaceful row with a lovely view of the sea and the pier.The perspex window covering is an ingenious idea – it rained while we were eating our lunch but we could still enjoy the view.Fantastic, will be recommending to friends and be coming back again!
